Getting Started
Account and setup
How do I create an account?
Click "Start Free" on the homepage, fill in your name, email, and password, then verify your email address. You will be on the Free Forever plan with no time limit.
How do I set up my team?
After logging in as the owner, go to Team Management from the sidebar. You can invite members by email and assign roles (super_admin, leader, member).
What roles are available?
DGcrm has three main roles: super_admin (full admin panel access), leader (team oversight), and member (daily operations). Each role has tailored dashboard views and permissions.
Leads
Lead and pipeline management
How do I add a new lead?
Go to the Leads page and click "Add Lead." Fill in the contact details, assign a stage, and optionally assign a team member. Leads can also be imported via CSV.
How does the Kanban pipeline work?
The Kanban board visualizes your sales pipeline. Drag and drop leads between stages to update their status. Each stage represents a step in your sales process.
Can I import leads from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Go to the Leads page and use the Import option. Upload a CSV file and map the columns to lead fields. DGcrm will validate and import the data.
Tasks
Task management
How do I create a task?
Go to the Tasks page and click "Add Task." Set a title, description, assignee, due date, and priority. Tasks can also be linked to a specific lead.
Can I set reminders for tasks?
Yes. When creating or editing a task, you can set reminder notifications. DGcrm will notify the assignee at the scheduled time.
Team
Team and account management
How do billing and plans work?
DGcrm offers a Free Forever plan with basic features and paid plans (Essential, Professional, Elite) with higher limits. You can upgrade from the subscription page in settings.
Can I use DGcrm on mobile?
Yes. DGcrm has a native Android app built with Flutter. Download the APK from the homepage or your dashboard. It supports leads, tasks, chat, and audio/video calls.
